Dolly Rock Boutique

Opened in 2011, Dolly Rock is a local boutique with a carefully curated collection of brands for women owned by Beth Huett, a discerning business owner with a clear vision and an intimate knowledge of her customer base.

Prussian Blue had been working with Dolly Rock since 2014, designing promotions, print ads and email marketing. Discussions around a possible website were always ongoing and when it could be put off no more Prussian Blue were commissioned to design and build an online shop to supplement the shop's business and extend its reach. Having established an excellent relationship and a real understanding of the brand personality, the site came together very easily.

Launching at the end of 2017, the site was always going to be a slow burn, but orders began to come in from across the country and, within six months, worldwide as momentum gathers. With no prior knowledge of the shop, these customers have all come via Google. The way the site is set up with brand and product names, searches for those brands and items have quickly revealed Dolly Rock as a stockist.

New season collections are added throughout the year and the site also provides an outlet for stock no longer on the shop floor. Online sales are synced with the in-store sales and occasional promotional codes can be easily added and offered out via social media and email marketing.

The site is, of course, fully responsive and incoming orders are all managed via the shop's iPad.
